The Town is recruiting a Director of Infrastructure Services who is a proven, progressive leader. In this role, you will be working with a group of talented and dedicated people to help shape the Town’s future.  You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the organization and the community.

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director is responsible for the planning, development and management of the Town’s built infrastructure and natural assets. This includes roads, drainage systems, facilities, parks, water and sewer systems, an airport, wetlands, urban forest, and other natural areas under the Town's responsibility. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to ensure that these built and natural assets are maintained, replaced, and developed in a sustainable, climate adapted and cost-effective manner. The Director is an integral member of the senior management team, providing collaborative, organization-wide leadership, and a variety of strategic and professional advice.

Your ability to lead the provision of engineering and operations services through an environmental, climate adapted,  and customer focused lens will be key to success.

You have either a degree in engineering or a diploma in civil engineering technology or a related field, and seven or more years of responsible leadership experience.
